In an effort to achieve our operational excellence goals, we provide our eligible associates with the coverage options below.


We offer eligible associates and their eligible dependents 4 medical plan choices, 2 of which are Health Savings Account eligible, to select the right coverage to meet their individual needs. Through our plan administrator Aetna, no matter which medical plan you choose, you will also have access to several different programs including health concierge, specialty pharmacy and disease management.

Health Savings Account

Asbury offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) administered by Bank of America for employees that enroll in one of our High Deductible Health Plans, the Base or Premier Medical Plans. Asbury will make a quarterly contribution to your HSA based on your tenure, plan chosen and tier of coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Asbury offers the following FSA plans so that you can have convenient payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis, and set the money aside to pay for certain eligible expenses, as shown below. These accounts are administered by Medcom.


We offer two dental plan options, both administered by Cigna. Adult and child orthodontia is covered by one of the plans.

Short & Long Term Disability

Aetna is the administrator for Short-term (STD) and Long-term (LTD) disability. In the event you become disabled due to an off-the-job illness or injury, STD and/or LTD insurance will supplement your lost wages.

Life Insurance

Eligible associates receive basic life insurance coverage, plus benefits for Accidental Death and Personal Loss, at no cost. If you wish to have additional life insurance, you can elect to purchase supplemental life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse and children through Aetna.

401 (k) Plans

The Asbury Retirement Savings Plan, administered by Fidelity, is an excellent way to save for your retirement. You may contribute pre-tax and/or Roth funds to your account. After one year of employment, Asbury provides a per paycheck company match to eligible associates.

Employee Assistance Program

All Asbury associates are automatically enrolled into the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on the day you are hired. This coverage provides you and all members of your household confidential access to unlimited phone consultations, limited private consultations for issues with drug or alcohol abuse, marital and relationship counseling, parenting issues, stress, as well as bereavement counseling, crisis intervention, financial counseling, legal counseling, discounts and referrals.

Time Off

Asbury understands the importance of a work/life balance. With that in mind, we provide paid time off (PTO) and holidays under the paid time off policy for full-time associates.
